径向当量动载荷:Pr=Fr 对轴向承载圆柱滚子轴承 2、3系列: 0≤Fa/Fr≤0.12时,Pr=Fr+0.3Fa 0.12≤Fa/Fr≤0.3时,Pr=0.94Fr+0.8Fa 22、23系列: 0≤Fa/Fr≤0.18时,Pr=Fr+0.2Fa 0.18≤Fa/Fr≤0.3时,Pr=0.94Fr+0.53Fa 径向当量静载荷:P0r=Fr 内、外圈均带挡边的单列圆柱滚子轴承,承受轴向载荷的大小,与所承受径向载荷的大小及润滑方法有关,允许最大轴向载荷为: 式中 Fap—— 允许的最大轴向载荷,N; C0r—— 轴承的基本额定静载荷,N; K—— 与轴承尺寸系列有关的系数,对于2、3系列K=0.2,对于22、23系列K=0.16; ng—— 轴承承受纯径向载荷时的极限转速,r/min,当Fr>0.1Cr时,需将尺寸表中的极限转速乘以降低系数; n—— 轴承实际工作转速,r/min 按上述公式确定的轴向载荷可使0级轴承在下列条件下正常工作 轴承温升:油润滑时55℃,脂润滑时40℃。轴承最高温度:90℃(所使用的油粘度ν50=30mm2/s脂滴点为170℃) 若轴向载荷是间歇作用时,允许轴向载荷提高1倍,短暂作用时可提高2倍 型号后带E的为加强型圆柱滚子轴承,是经优化设计的结构,滚子数量较多,较长且直径较大,载荷能力高,应优先采用 |

符号含义与应用: NU—内圈无挡边 NJ—内圈单挡边 NUP—内圈单挡边并带平挡圈 |
大多为单列,是可分离型,安装、拆卸比较方便,一般只能承受纯径向载荷,与相同尺寸的深沟球轴承相比,有较大承受径向载荷的能力,但要求轴和轴承座孔加工精度高,内、外圈轴线偏角误差允许2'~4',用于刚性较大的轴。允许轴向无挡边方向有不大的位移,内、外圈有挡边的一面可承受一定量的轴向载荷。NU型不能限制轴或外壳的轴向位移,不能承受轴向载荷,常用作游动支承,NJ常成对使用。 |

大多为单列,是可分离型,安装、拆卸比较方便,一般只能承受纯径向载荷,与相同尺寸的深沟球轴承相比,有较大承受径向载荷的能力,但要求轴和轴承座孔加工精度高,内、外圈轴线偏角误差允许2'~4',用于刚性较大的轴。允许轴向无挡边方向有不大的位移,内、外圈有挡边的一面可承受一定量的轴向载荷。NU型不能限制轴或外壳的轴向位移,不能承受轴向载荷,常用作游动支承,NJ常成对使用。 |

大多为单列,是可分离型,安装、拆卸比较方便,一般只能承受纯径向载荷,与相同尺寸的深沟球轴承相比,有较大承受径向载荷的能力,但要求轴和轴承座孔加工精度高,内、外圈轴线偏角误差允许2'~4',用于刚性较大的轴。允许轴向无挡边方向有不大的位移,内、外圈有挡边的一面可承受一定量的轴向载荷。NU型不能限制轴或外壳的轴向位移,不能承受轴向载荷,常用作游动支承,NJ常成对使用。 |
